I found a bunch of curry leaves yesterday, so today was curry-leaf day😆 The slaw with curry leaves, lime and sweet and spicy cashew nuts was lovely and so were the fries with curry leaf and cardamom mayo. Both from #otkshelflove. I won’t lie - lots of washing up involved😆 but a lovely light meal. Well, if we hadn’t started with grilled sourdough with smashed avocado - and we still have my daughters lovely brownie with a cheeky flamed merengue topping to look forward to🙈 My first time cooking with fresh curry leaves - the freezer is stocked now.
