PROBIOTIC PUMPKIN BUTTER ๐ค๐ฝ๐งก๐
You need to try this ๐คฉ. Enjoy on its own or on top of your oats, apples or pancakes! Soo nourishing and simple to make!
Ingredients
1 cup walnuts (or pecans), soaked
1 cup Yoggu! (Original)
3/4 cup canned pumpkin puree
2 TBSP chia seeds
2 tsp vanilla
1.5 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger (or ground)
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2-3 TBSP maple syrup or other unrefined sweetener
I also added some @rainbomushrooms for fun ๐ but feel free to add whatever is calling you!
Blend on high for 30-60 seconds in a high speed blender. Enjoy!! ๐
