This is getting sick and laying in bed for 2 weeks. There’s nothing wrong with the picture. If you look like the picture, theres nothing’ wrong with you. But in my experience, the first picture represents a time where my state of mind wasn’t what it is in the video. It represents inconsistency and underestimating just how much pressure I can handle in my pursuit of transformation.
