A GOOD MC!!!! Having a fantastic charismatic MC is one of those things that people often don't think about or overlook but it's something that takes your wedding/event from great, to absolutely standout memorable. It makes the entire flow of the evening smoother, more engaging and unifies your guests in such a fun way. And @Miles Otway is THE MC/DJ you want, trust me. (Based in LA but will travel) He is also a standup comic so he was beyond comfortable on the microphone and had all of my guests cracking up before we entered. He took the time to learn about us as a couple, our family and our friends and then warmed up the crowd and kept them engaged throughout the night. Think about when you go watch a taping of a late night TV show they usually have a comic come out and warm up the crowd before the guests come on, that was basically what Miles did for our entire wedding and it was AMAZING. No awkward lulls between speeches, he kept everything moving along in a fun way , not a sterile way, he gave us such an amazing couple introduction, and throughout the night he even referenced things mentioned in earlier speeches which really showed he was actively engaged the whole time. He has a way of bringing all of your guests together through laughter and was one of the best decisions we made when wedding planning.
