Want to stick to a gym routine, but feeling too busy to stay consistent with it?
Look I get it. We’re all busy.
But the hard truth: we glorify being busy as being good. When in reality, in order to be successful you need to prioritize. If it’s important to you, you WILL find time to make it work.
And here’s some tips to help:
👉🏼 schedule time into your day to get it done. If you need to do it early before work, don’t make excuses go make it happen.
👉🏼 pack your bag. If you’re going early morning, pack your bag the night before. If you’re going after work, pack your bag to bring with you and go straight from work.
👉🏼 HAVE A PLAN. Going into the gym with no idea what you’re going to do, you’re more likely to not want to go or waste time thinking of what to do. Have a plan so you can go in knowing exactly what you need to do, where the equipment is, etc. so you can get out asap.
👉🏼 set boundaries. Friends ask you to go get brunch? Say yes but ask for a little later in the morning so you have time to go.
Everyone is busy. But even those who are busy but reach their goals make time for it. You can too!
