If you’re not genuinely happy, will you ever truly find success? A question I’ve pondered a lot here recently. • • • 3 years ago I shot on this exact same boat and for 3 years I have stayed consistent, for 3 years I have ridden this rollercoaster of highs and lows, but as it came to end of this 3 year roller coaster, I learned something so valuable that I wanted to share it here with you today. • • • Very few people are genuinely happy, therefore they will try to strip you of your own happiness so that you can be as miserable as them! *gasp* I know horrid, am I right? But the the truth is they are drowning in their misery and if seek to save them without a firm foundation on where you stand in your own happiness, they will drown you with them. As harsh as this may sound, you have to detach yourself from them and move on. • • • The reality of life is that none of us are stagnant. Our lives are constantly moving in one direction or another, similar to the current of the ocean and you have to choose every day what direction your life will be setting sail. Wether it be upstream and against the current (which will prove to be a daily battle), or perhaps move down stream with the current and so many others.
