This summer has been a roller coaster ride. After years of setting up our Mobile Sushi Bar at the top of the Eastern Promenade, us and many other food trucks were forced down to a parking lot at the bottom of the hill in the middle of our busy summer season. We instantly saw the business we have built over the last three years die and after three months, we aren't sure it is worth us returning next year.
