“Be grateful for what you have, you’ll end up having more.” — Oprah A simple meditation: Start with a few deep breaths. Become aware of the tiny ways your body supports you: the beating of your heart, the flow of your blood and the energy of your nerve-impulses. ✨ On a more subtle level, remember cells are being born, moving about, dying and disintegrating, and then being born again. 🕊 On an even subtler level, remember all of your body is made of molecules, atoms and sub-atomic particles, and these are in constant motion. Notice the transformation taking place in your body at every moment. Then turn your attention to your mind. It too is composed of many parts — thoughts, perceptions, feelings, memories, images — following one after the other. Observe, get a sense of the impermanent, ever-changing nature of your body and mind. Reflect on the impermanence of your inner then extend your awareness to the outer world. Contemplate the nature around you, the sun, moon, the stars. Be grateful for the sunrise, the sunshine, and the moonlight.
