Being a 1 person business can be so fulfilling and exhilarating, but just about once a year, I go through a period of time where I mentally check out from being a business owner. And sometimes from creating new things too.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ It's like the ebb and flow of a wave. ​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Sometimes I feel roaring to go, ready to tackle anything in my path, ideas are flowing, and business is booming. ​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Other times, I feel the desire to step away and focus on the mundane simple tasks that don't require much critical thought or creatively. ​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Maybe it's the heat, maybe it's wedding planning pulling my attention away, but I'm in that "Ebb" moment now, and having a hard time getting much of anything done day to day.
