Not only did it impact me personally through providing steadfast, like-minded community, but it also greatly developed my professional skills I now use every day working in healthcare recruiting. I credit my leadership, public speaking, fundraising, event planning, and recruiting skills to AUDM. It truly refined me as a person and in my profession, and I am truly forever grateful!
