♨️ Quick & Easy Buffacue Chicken Thighs 🐓 Easy Sunday night dinner. Took 4 bone in chicken thighs and got them seasoned with @heathrilesbbq Chicken Rub and let them sit uncovered in the fridge all day to dry brine. Fired up the @hastybakegrills Legacy 131 with some Fogo lump charcoal running 400-425 degrees. Grilled the thighs until about 170 degrees internal then sauced with a mixture of Heath Riles Sweet BBQ Sauce and Hot Ones Buffalo Sauce. Pulled once internal temp hit 180-185 degrees. It doesn’t get much easier than that.
