It’s always wonderful to see bartenders full of enthusiasm put their culture and skills to test to elevate their mixology game and the experience for their guests. This week I’ve had the chance to see 50 of them come from all over the world to take part in the @worldclass global finals in Sydney. The passion and knowledge of these professionals is testament to the progress of our industry.
