It was a pleasure to welcome team coach Ben from Strength Factory down south for some testing! This was the first of a few test sessions we’ve got lined up this season, and it provided a fantastic insight into where the riders are currently, a benchmark to build on as we move forward. Ben’s extensive knowledge and passion for the sport are invaluable when it comes to connecting with the riders and understanding exactly what they need in terms of physical support and training. We also had a great time incorporating some savage @wattbike testing into the session, an essential tool for tracking performance and setting goals.
