Competed in my first powerlifting meet!💪🏻 After not lifting heavy for over a year because of lower back pain I told @jfitfig93 I wanted to get back into powerlifting and compete. He surprised me and signed me up for this meet with only having 3 weeks to train for it. I had so much fun and I am grateful for the experience!
