Many of you messaged me yesterday asking for the Pozole recipe I made 🍲 I want to tweak my recipe a bit before adding it to my website but the pozoles I’ve cooked in the past have been from a Pozole recipe video made by @claudetteazepeda on the @munchies YouTube channel from a video named “Why we eat: Pozole” I basically just cut the portions in half because I’m just feeding mainly myself 😌 @claudetteazepeda recipe is amazing 👌🏼 it’s traditional with a couple of twists using Kombu and Bonito flakes that add extra umami flavors. I highly recommend it, definitely worth a try 🇲🇽 So ya, just look up “Why we eat: Pozole” on YouTube and the recipe will be linked there 💚
