📰 2022 has been quite the ride for many reasons, and has delivered a lot to be proud of. Incredible growth and momentum at @foundryfit, growing in number to 5 gyms, with a brand evolution, restructure, and the most amazing coaching team and members. We know community is at the heart of success and this one is really special, it always has been. 2023 sees a change for me personally and professionally, as I will be moving away from the business operationally and transitioning into a Non-Executive Director role, remaining on the Board to help inform strategy and partnerships, and continuing proudly as a shareholder. I've often thrown my cards up in the air, and I am ready for a break, taking some time to reflect and consider new projects and interests, whilst championing both @foundryfit and all of the fitness community. I plan to continue encouraging participation and education within health and fitness. Getting more people strong has always been my forte, championing women in the weights room. You can expect more of the same from me in the near future. For once, I’m not looking to end the year strong, just enjoying some time off ready to run at 2023 💥
