I’ve always said “God did not put me (here) for (fill in the blank) to knock me off course.” This kind of thinking has helped me bounce back really quickly from things that I once thought were detrimental. This thinking has helped me fill in any name of any person trying to sabotage my path, including my own name at times, which makes me see how silly those outside (and inner) voices can be. Only God’s clear word has the power to take me off my course and I know that message does not come with confusion or from an outside voice that doesn’t share that vision. Whether it’s a spiritual thing or not, having a declaration, a mission, and a vision will help you clear out the cobwebs and truly help you hone into the voice within. Once you do that, you won’t get stuck anywhere, or in any conversation, that isn’t pushing you towards that vision for too long. You’ll have too many big things that you’re up to and no time to waste.
