Let me turn you on to one of my favorite pasta tastings in NYC. It is 5-courses, $150, and feeds 2 people!! This tasting is essentially a sampler of all of this restaurant’s best pasta dishes. The owner’s are from Italy and it is truly some of my favorite pasta in NYC!! THE TASTING: The tasting rotates seasonally but expert a lottt of truffle like their truffle raviolo and truffle papardelle, cacio e pepe, classic tomato sauce and another seasonal dish. The portions are generous for the price and every bite is delicious. ALA CARTE: You can of course order ala carte as well and I highly recommend getting some apps. I love their prosciutto with focaccia, crudo and tomato salad!! THE DRINKS: These cocktails are stunning. Trust me and order the Viva Vida and Unknown Caller.
