Just because something is labeled as "natural" doesn't automatically mean that it is good for your skin. In fact, for skincare products this is mostly a marketing term.
If you are drawn to "natural" products (meaning you want something free of "chemical additives"), I encourage you to consider several reasons why some additives are needed:
1) Preservatives prevent bacteria from growing in your products while they sit on your shelf.
2) Certain additives are needed to promote stability (prevent breaking down) and effectiveness of the ingredients.
3) Certain additives are needed to achieve consistency of the product (ie to prevent separation or allow something to lather)
If you are drawn to "natural" products because you want to use plant ingredients, I would encourage you to consider that plants are often allergic or irritant contact allergens for the skin, and while some plants carry medicinal properties, they can also be harmful to the skin.
I'm not saying that products labeled as "natural" are bad necessarily, I'm just saying that you shouldn't pick a product just for that reason, or assume it's better than the other products just because it has natural branding.
