some reminders for athletes :) 🩷👟⭐️🫂 it’s ok to have: bad days. varied and less intense training sessions. self doubt. rest. changed or unachieved goals. soul food. feelings of being lost and unsure. it’s ok. it’s normal. we get so caught up in perfection and the constant and consistent stride for more or less or better and sometimes forgot to give ourselves a break. these things though- they are a part of your journey and life and don’t make you any less of an athlete or a person! you got this 🤍
