Pistachio pesto pizza Ingredients- bread flour, yeast, cane sugar, champagne vinegar, pistachios, elephant garlic, sweet onion, basil, zucchini, squash, eggplant, red green yellow and orange bell pepper, parsley, lemon, vegan mozzarella and parm cheeses, Campari tomatoes coconut cream, olive oil, danos seasoning - For the dough combine one can coconut cream with about 2 cups bread flour and salt, put your yeast (quick rise make your life easier) in 1 cup warm water not hot not cold warm with 1 tablespoon sugar and half a teaspoon champagne vinegar mix her up and wait for the yeast to eat the sugar and bubbles to form then toss it in your dough with about 1/4 olive oil as well. Work the dough and add a little flour if it’s too wet should have give to it every dough is different for me but I also hate measurements. Make sure to let your dough rest long as you can I like to wait till she doubles in size - For your pesto chop up two cloves of the elephant garlic about 3 cups of fresh basil (quality matters get boujee basil) 1&1/2 cups pistachios, salt, juice of three lemons and pulse.
