journaling is one of my favorite self care habits. writing things down helps free up space in my mind for more peace and creativity. I’m able to release what’s heavy, celebrate what’s good and set my intentions higher. I like to write out my goals and break them down, it helps keep myself more accountable. writing it down makes it more real and reminds me what’s important.
