Our little boy is now 2 1/2 months so it’s crazy to look back at these pictures taken at 3 weeks. They grow way too fast!! But motherhood has been an absolute whirlwind. I’m constantly asked how I’m doing and it’s hard to put into words. I’m overwhelmed but so fulfilled at the same time. Like this is what I’ve always been meant to do but sometimes I feel so scared. Some days it all clicks, some days it doesn’t. I feel empowered, and then like a failure. The only thing that remains steady is the immense amount of love I have for him. So I’ve learned to take each day as then come and to set zero expectations...which has been so challenging for this control freak...but so rewarding in ways I never imagined.
