dumplings weekly MANDU JEONGOL 🍲 Fancy a one-portion Korean Dumpling Hot Pot? Make this Mandu Jeongol 😮‍💨 It’s super simple to make, all you have to do is place a load of tasty ingredients into a shallow pan, cover them with a homemade hot pot sauce, and boil until cooked 🔥 AD I’ve teamed up again with @oseyouk , THE Korean food & culture hub in London 🙌🏽 You can get the ingredients for this recipe from any of their stores! They have a fantastic variety of Korean products, so if you fancy making this recipe or want to explore Korean food in general, go check them out 🥢 Ingredients: For the sauce 🌶️ 3 tbsp gochugaru flakes 🍙 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar 🌾 1 tbsp soy sauce 🐟 1 tbsp fish sauce 🧄 2 garlic cloves, minced 🛢️1 tbsp sesame oil 🍬1 tsp sugar 🌱1 litre of veg stock For the hot pot elements 🧅 1 red onion, sliced 🥬 1 pak choi, chopped in half 🌱2 spring onion, sliced into inches and halved 🥔 40g sweet potato noodles 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms 🥟 6 Kimchi dumplings 🥣100g tofu, sliced Method: 1. Combine all of your sauce ingredients in a measuring jug, mix thoroughly. 2. Get your cooking pot or shallow pan and lay down all of your hot pot ingredients. I started with my onion, then noodles, then placed each ingredient around the edge of the pot, each with their own little area, with the mushrooms in the centre. 3. Pour over your spicy hot pot stock and then bring to a boil. Simmer for 6 minutes and then serve up and enjoy! #koreanfood #mandujeongol #dumplings #hotpot
