My eyebrows are “soft-touch permanent” which was a trend awhile back. It was supposed to fade away naturally after 1-2 years but for some reason, mine still stuck on. It’s been 8ish years? 🥲 The worst part is that the artist made them uneven, so I have to spend extra time making sure they’re balanced.
