Grateful for today’s Heirloom Bean Encuentro presented by @ranchogordo & @altabajamarketwhat. 🫘 For the dinner, Arturo made a bean and cheese bolillo with Rio zape beans, cheddar, and Morita chile oil. 🥖 Served with a oregano butter and salsa de semillas. 🌿 It was an honor to share the kitchen and celebrate beans with @kcrwevan and chef Carlos @tacomaria.
