And it’s my birthday again! That felt like an extra quick sun trip this time around 🌟⁣ ⁣ I have to admit that for this one I was in a bit of a funk- the birthday blues...this year has been quite challenging for me on a personal level and I just didn’t have my usual zest to celebrate 😌⁣ ⁣ I guess some years are just like that right? I was in the doldrums so to speak...so, I really had to take a few moments to pause, pull up my bootstraps, and dive deep to gather all my gratitude and remember how lucky I am...to have this life, my children, my husband...✨⁣ ⁣ And it worked...I had a few (delicious vegan) meals with some of my most favourite people and that made me happy 🥰⁣ ⁣ Receiving the heartfelt messages and videos from my dearest friends and family was also a poignant reminder of how blessed I am to be surrounded by and the recipient of such love⁣ 😍⁣ ⁣ Thankful to God for my family and friends, our health, our love, and this journey... ⁣🙏🏼 ⁣ The older I get the more I know that life really is about savouring those small but sweet everyday moments...💝 ⁣ ⁣ #birthdaymusings⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Photo by @franzn 💖
