How about some tasty air fried diner fries dipped in an animal-free shake made with real dairy that can get you a free Tesla? 👀 #HotBotSummer Easy @braverobot milkshake: - 1 pint of @braverobot “A Lot of Chocolate” chocolate ice cream - enough choice of your milk until you achieve your desired consistency (I used creamy oat milk) - maraschino Cherry - whipped cream Method: blend your milk & @braverobot ice cream, pour into a chilled fancy glass then top with whipped cream and cherry. I forgot to add some chocolate drizzle 😞 but I highly recommend it 👌 Simple air-fried diner-style fries: - 3 russet potatoes (each potato makes roughly one small serving) - 4 cups water - 1 tbsp white vinegar - 1 tbsp salt - non-stick spray Method: Begin by bringing your water to a boil and adding vinegar & salt. While your water reaches a boil, peel and slice your potatoes. For the purpose of dipping into a milkshake, I like my fries a bit thicker than usual but not too thick. Roughly 3/8 of an inch. Similar to your typical diner French fry. Once water has begun boiling, add your potatoes and boil them for roughly 10 minutes or until they’ve become slightly bendy but not crumbly. The vinegar helps keep the potatoes intact as they Par-cook. After around 10 minutes, remove from the water and set on a clean kitchen towel to dry. Once thoroughly dried, Spray a wire rack with non-stick spray. Add your potatoes and spray again. Place in an air fryer on its hottest setting, mine reaches 480°F Air-fry until golden brown on one side and then flip or shake them around for even cooking. Once they’ve finished browning, remove from the air fryer then immediately sprinkle with salt. Taste then adjust salt levels. These aren’t the crispiest fries but they are incredibly savory & pillowy which, in my opinion, pairs perfectly with a milkshake. Prepare yourself for a deliciously nostalgic sweet & savory dessert 😩🍦🍟
