I used the crepe recipe from my cookbook (Floral Provisions) and added a bright lemon ricotta cream…happy Sunday everyone… Lemon Ricotta Cream: Mix 1/2 cup whole milk ricotta, 1-2 tablespoons powdered sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice, zest.
