This isn’t shared enough, but burnout is real.
🚨Here’s how to tell if your training is doing more harm than good:
🪄 Constant Fatigue before, during, and after runs even with ample amounts of rest
🪄 Runs begin to feel more like a chore and are no longer enjoyable
🪄 Nagging pains that don’t go away even with recovery
🪄 Low frequency moods - irritability, insomnia, feeling low
🪄 Declining performance
