I shot this iPhone video of an EA-18 Growler launching from the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71) on November 29, 2019. It is the same carrier that @k2_larosa and @michaelfitzmaurice shot during the filming of TopGun Maverick. The movie is amazing and I highly recommend seeing it! Incredible cinematography by the best team in the business. (I did not work on the film, just pointing out and appreciating great work by my friends and colleagues!) To all of you that were on the Roosevelt in November of 2019, thank you for an incredible experience. Special thanks to @hsc8.ballers for the cool tour of your onboard helicopter operations! Thank you @jim_guido_dimatteo!! ...I am still US Army to the bone, BTW.
