Dripping in crystals and posing for the gods, Devin Halbal (@devinhalbal) proves she’s meant to be a star, one that shines on her terms and not others. The 23-year-old digital cover star and Tik Tok sensation, better known as Hal Baddie, permeates positivity through the screens of her 325,000 followers and counting. And unlike many prestigious events that may or may not fall on the first Monday in May, all 325,000 of us self-proclaimed “Hal Baddies” are invited to her HalGala. With inclusion and a spotlight on trans girls of color, Devin wants to create a night of commemorating life and resilience through safe sanction.
