Wanted to give you a little motivation to get outside and get active this weekend! πββοΈ β° ππΌββοΈ πββοΈ
Many of you responded to the recent reel I posted about confidence (in a bikini) and asked what my fitness routine is so I wanted to share it with you today:
β’ Jog 30-40 min, 5x per week πββοΈ
β’ 75 lunges, 5x per week π
β’ 10 min abs, 5x per week π
(I like the @alexisren 10 min abs vid on YouTube)
β’ 5 min Arms, 5x per week πͺπΌ
(75 pushups, 75 reverse pushups)
β’ This workout routine takes just ONE HOUR A DAY!
