PERSPECTIVE IS EVERYTHING - when you can change your perspective to see that everything is an opportunity to learn, grow and transform limitations. There is no need to hold onto expectations. THE MACGYVER METHOD - before you go to bed ask your subconscious mind to help give you insight into the challenge. When you least expect it insight will pop up in your mind to help you solve the challenge. The shower is a good time for insights to pop in. As your brain is relaxed in alpha. Which is the perfect state. MEDITATE TO REGULATE - take 5-10 mins to notice your thoughts. Notice the thought in your mind and imagine something to the side of your mind that could catch the thought.
