Indeed, the brand have once again teamed up with their partner Paraboot’s savoir-faire and historic authenticity. Which made it obvious for them to establish, this time, a connection between the shoe brand and the designer since they are both part of an important heritage. Following the full restoration of an iconic “Committee Chair” designed by Pierre Jeanneret, Drôle de Monsieur have rethought the Reims, one of the most emblematic Paraboot loafer. Its Norwegian welted constructed wide brown sole and smooth leather refer to the wooden structure of the armchair and mold the warmest hues of the fall season on top of which is added calfskin leather to remind the seat. The Reims signed Paraboot for Drôle de Monsieur are made in France and in limited quantities.
