I love dips. I love spreads. I love anything you can swoosh a lot of carbohydrates or fancy crudite in! This Mezze platter hits every note—creamy, cool Tzatziki, smoky, velvety Baba Ghanoush and the earthy, soft Fáva. If you've never made Greek Fáva, it's very similar in texture to hummus, but made with split peas simmered in garlic, onion and olive oil. It's simple, stunning and delicious. These past few months working with @eitan and @olivia_and have really given me space to build up my photography and food styling skills. Something I've always wanted to do, but wasn't really given the chance to in other food media spaces. I'm happier than I've been in months, and honestly, I think it's showing.
