Hand on the heart because I feel so deeply grateful to be here. I was in agonizing pain for a few weeks, caused by a herniated disk in my neck. The pain and the insane vertigo kept me tied to my bed for the most part of the day. The traditional (western) treatments didn’t make me feel any better and the medication I was prescribed had horrible side effects. I am gonna be on a healing journey for a while but the holistic healing is working well so far.
