Can’t we all just get along? That was the question Guardian Angels founder Curtis Sliwa posed as he admitted defeat to Eric Adams in Tuesday’s mayoral election. Less than an hour after polls closed, the Republican conceded to a chorus of raucous boos from a crowd of supporters at the Empire Steakhouse in Midtown. However, the beret-wearing Canarsie native called for cooperation as the city recovers from COVID-19 — and eight years of Mayor de Blasio.
