Yesterday and today are always hard. One of my very first loves left this earth 27 years ago. This pic was one of the last ones taken before you took your last breath. Mom wouldn’t let them pronounce you dead till after midnight so your death date wouldn’t fall on Valentine’s Day, still doesn’t make that day any easier. We really miss you dad, it’s been a 27 long years. 27 Years of not knowing what you would have been like as a grandpa or to see me graduate jr high, high school and college or maybe one day walk me down the aisle. Nonetheless you are missed each and every day and I look forward to seeing you again some day. Until then peacefully daddy. 🕊️
