I truly believe a good night of sleep does more for your overall health and anti-aging than fighting to sleep on your back to avoid Sleep wrinkles 😴 your Botox is fully kicked in, or you have no other lines and you notice these pesky things in the morning! Someday they’ll linger all day I’m sure but until then I don’t really care TBH I would rather sleep like a crazy woman thrashing back and forth and sleep talking 😂😏
