I’m back with another Monday U.P.D.A.T.E.—a weekly series where I share what I’m using, saving, and appreciating. First, how stunning is this home by @dixonkirbyhomes, photographed by @lukerphotography?! Their designs are timeless yet unique, and I’m obsessed. Using – A weighted vest. I tried rucking last year and absolutely hated it. Turns out, I bought the wrong type of pack. Recently, I switched to a weighted vest (iron sand for better distribution), and it’s a game-changer. I can comfortably carry 20 lbs and already ordered a 30 lb version to level up. Linking it in my stories! Prioritizing – Still going to bed and waking up at the same time (5:45am) every day. A consistent sleep schedule is everything. After two weeks, I feel more stable, less stressed, and like my body is finally syncing with the routine. Doing – All things admin. New year, new to-do list—especially as an entrepreneur. Tax prep season is here, and I’m tackling it head-on. Appreciating – Home. After the recent winter storm and devastating fires in California, I’m feeling especially grateful for home. My heart has been so heavy this past week thinking about everyone affected by the wildfires. Trying – The Biodance collagen sheet mask. Moving to Dallas has made my skin so dry, and this mask has been all over social media. I’ll test it and share if it lives up to the “glass skin” hype. It’s linked in my stories if you want to try it, too… Enjoying – Landman. If you’re into Taylor Sheridan’s shows (Yellowstone, Lioness), you’ll love this one. It’s so good, and seeing Texas spots we frequent on screen makes it even better. I can’t wait to watch the finale episode this week!
