15-MIN PORK & SPROUT STIR FRY ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ 7 Days of Brussels Sprout Recipes ๐ŸŒฑ This is a BANGER ๐Ÿฅน The flavours are so good and itโ€™s honestly so simple to make ๐ŸคŒ๐Ÿฝ I used @amoy_uk medium noodles for this dish and they worked perfectly! But feel free to use any type of noodle you like ๐Ÿœ Or you could use rice if youโ€™d prefer ๐Ÿš Let me know if you give this recipe a go ๐Ÿฅฐ Ingredients: (Serves 2) ๐Ÿœ 300g noodles ๐ŸŒฑ 150g Brussels sprouts, sliced in half ๐Ÿฝ 250g pork mince ๐Ÿง… 1 spring onion, sliced, for garnish ๐Ÿง‚ 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds, for garnish ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ 1 tbsp chilli oil, for garnish For the sauce ๐Ÿถ 2 tbsp soy sauce ๐ŸŒพ 1 tbsp sesame oil ๐Ÿ˜ 1 tbsp hoisin sauce ๐Ÿฅœ 1 tbsp peanut butter ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ 1/2 tbsp gochugaru flakes ๐Ÿง‚ 1 tsp sugar ๐Ÿง„ 1 garlic clove, minced ๐Ÿ’ฆ 2 tbsp boiling water Method: 1. Place your frying pan on medium heat with a glug of oil. Add in your pork mince and fry for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. 2. Add in your sliced sprouts and fry for another 5 minutes. 3. Meanwhile, make your sauce by combining all of the โ€œfor the sauceโ€ ingredients in a bowl. 4. Prepare your noodles or simply add your ready cooked ones into your frying pan with your sauce.
