your lunch inspo for next week sorted✔️
Usually I skip lunch and end up eating anything I can find in the snack cupboard. Please say I’m not the only one🙈 So this week I decided to change that and on Sunday I planned quick, easy, healthy meals to actually enjoy my lunch break and fill me up until teatime.
✨Hot honey halloumi bowl🍯🌶️
•Fry your halloumi in honey with a sprinkle of chilli flakes and salt until golden.
•Load your bowl up with sweet potatoes (i air fry mine with a sprinkle of paprika), broccoli, homemade tzatziki (yoghurt, cucumber & chopped mint), lettuce, sweetcorn, pomegranate.
✨Bacon & egg cesar salad🥗🥓
•Hard boil your eggs and fry the bacon.
•Add to a bowl of salad and then I used the M&S Caesar salad dressing.
✨Tuna melt bagels🥯🐟
Top your bagel with tuna, spring onions, sweetcorn and cheese then air fry until golden.
✨Hot honey halloumi flatbread🍯🌶️
•Fry the halloumi in honey with a sprinkle of chilli flakes and salt until golden.
•Top your flatbread with salad, tzatziki and the halloumi.
✨Chicken pasta salad🍝🥗
•Air fry the chicken with a sprinkle of Nandos peri peri dressing.
•Boil the pasta and mix with the chicken and caesar salad dressing.
•Layer on top of a bowl of lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes and spring onions.
