The world lost a very special human recently and I think as a collective community we’ve all felt this loss in our own way.
Whether we knew them in person or looked up to them and aspired to follow in their footprints from a far we all felt loss and shock when the news broke.
I will always be one of the first to say social media is not real and although this page is predominantly used to showcase our clients and businesses highlights a lot of things are kept offline on purpose. Stepping in-front of a camera is vulnerable and rarely are we mentally ready to have our photograph taken.
I like to keep my sessions real and a lot of our conversations involve mental health, body image and how hard our industry is to our body’s and our hearts. Although those stories will never be mine to tell, I am able to tell my own however way I like, and although I feel hesitant to step out of the positivity bubble when it comes to my business I think it’s important because I am my business.
I relate to these words spoken by @elyse_myers more than I can express and I know I won’t be alone in these feelings. No one is truly alone, and I promise to be there and continue to do the work and support our community as best to my power.
Because we are so worthy, loved and we are enough✨❤️
