🍽 Eat only what you want to try. You don't have to take every dish to please the chef.
🍽 Take your time and don't eat in a constant automatic format. It's better to allow yourself 10–15 minutes to eat and then go have fun.
🍽 Listen to yourself. If you realize that you have eaten a lot, but it did not come to a feeling of fullness, it is better to wait 5 minutes. Chances are, after that, you won't want more food.
