Headed to East London to watch @nonstanford’s last race on UK soil at the brilliant @superleaguetriathlon. It’s a long story involving a helmet. Trying to get a pic of any athlete at full speed it almost impossible 🤣. But getting one of @lixsanyee & @jonnybrownleetri (sorry for shouting at you in you warm up, again) leading from the front was pretty cool. Finally got a pic with the ledge @georgiatb after a few years of trying (🤣) and merci @cassandrebeaugrand for the selfie (not sure what that is in French). Proper fan day out for me and @tomjamese 🤟🏼. Honesty these races are just amazing to watch, every inch of effort and energy is left out there..
