Visiting the Carlsbad, Aquafarm in the beautiful coastal town of Carlsbad, California was an enlightening experience! We learned all about sustainability, coastal conservation, and oysters and mussels farming and filtration... this was extra fun because my sister @andreaciminiphoto joined me on this adventure, and we were also treated to an oyster shucking lesson on their lovely back patio overlooking the lagoon (where we tasted some delicious oysters, too)!
