Late night Tuesday update for yall✨ Since I’ve started my marathon pre prep this training has been focusing mainly on my heart rate and getting miles up. So glad to say for the first time within these past two years I’ve seen a huge drop in my heart rate and I’m so proud🥹 Starting new meds is always tough and I never thought it would interfere with my running but we’re finally getting it under control. Baby steps😇 what’s a running goal you’re recently proud of?
