You don’t need to restrict just because you want visible abs! True, abs are made in the kitchen - this means you need HEALTHY food, real food that your body needs to function normally. BUT this does not mean you need to restrict all the time; eating healthy most of the time will make the difference; what does NOT make a difference is that donut you’re craving, the pizza you’re eating while going out or that glass (ok maybe two glasses) of wine 🍷 I’ve been maintaining my abs for years - and people following me for a while Know That my nutrition is super flexible and I love eating that soulfood🍪🍫🍰 Sure, sometimes you can see them more sometimes less; Your body isn’t a reflection of last nights meal, last weeks holiday or last weekends party night.
