Recipe:
Ingredients:
• 4 small slices cheesecake, cut into 1” cubes
• ¼ cup all-purpose flour
• ½ tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp granulated sugar
• Pinch of salt
• 3 ½ tbsp milk
• ½ tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 cup crushed graham crackers (about 6 full crackers)
• 1 lb frozen cherries
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 2 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions:
1. Freeze cheesecake cubes for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, milk, and vegetable oil to form a batter.
3. Place crushed graham crackers in a shallow bowl. Dip cheesecake cubes into batter, then roll in graham crackers. Place on a parchment-lined roasting tray.
4. Insert tray into the bottom zone of your Suvie.
5. Add cherries to a Suvie pan, sprinkle with cornstarch and sugar, stir, and place in the top zone. Stir cherries halfway through cooking.
Suvie Cook Settings:
• Bottom Zone: Air Fry at 350°F for 18 minutes, flipping after 12 minutes
• Top Zone: Broil at 400°F for 20 minutes
6. Once finished, remove from Suvie, serve cheesecake bites warm with cherry sauce, and enjoy!
